Conditions of the Role

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Shift Basis)

The store operates on long shifts inside Juffair Mall. You must be physically and mentally able to commit to this schedule.

Weekly Off: 1 Day Only — Rotational, Never on Friday

You will receive one rotational day off per week. Friday is our busiest day and is never available as a weekly off.

Galileo GDS — Mandatory Hands-On Experience

This is non-negotiable. You must already know how to issue tickets, reissue, refund and handle queues using Galileo. Training is not provided.

Proven Travel Agency Experience Required

Candidates without prior agency experience will not be considered. You should be comfortable handling tickets, visas, tours and packages independently.

Currently Located in Bahrain

We are only considering candidates who are already inside Bahrain and available for in-person interview. Overseas applications will not be processed.

Work Location: Juffair Mall

The role is on-site at our Juffair Mall branch. You must be able to commute reliably to this location every working day.

Independent & Responsible Worker

You will be expected to manage your desk, customers and bookings without constant supervision. Strong communication and ownership are essential.
